I rang this business when holidaying in Hervey Bay and experiencing disturbing eye problems. Thanks to the lovely receptionist who organised an appointment for me the next day. Matt was extremely good explaining what he was doing when taking images etc. Tuyen was extremely professional when checking pressures etc and consulting with my specialist re a change in prescribed drops. A follow up appointment was organised for early on the day of our departure and a peace of mind ok was given about the success of the new drops. Three days later I even received a phone call from Tuyen enquiring about a subsequent appointment I had elsewhere and the general state of my eyes. Thank you for this friendly and caring treatment. You are all a credit to your business and profession.
