I had a very concerning experience with my son at this optometrist. During a routine check, they diagnosed my son with a lazy eye and prescribed glasses. When we collected the glasses, my son couldn’t see clearly and found them intolerable. We returned, they admitted the initial prescription was wrong, but insisted on a new pair of glasses. After the second pair also caused issues, we visited a specialist ophthalmologist for a second opinion. They confirmed that my son’s vision is perfect and he doesn’t need glasses at all. More worrying, they explained that unnecessary glasses can hinder vision development in young kids. Beware, this place appears to be more focused on selling glasses than on accurate vision care. Be cautious and consider seeking a second opinion if glasses are prescribed here, especially for children.
