Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Jason has over 25 years’ experience across a number of industry sectors including Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services. Most recently Jason was the CEO & Executive Director of ASX listed retailer Godfreys Group. Prior to this role he held the role of Divisional General Manager Sales & Service with Medibank Private during its IPO on the ASX in 2014. He has gained extensive experience running practice-based healthcare businesses in his role as Managing Director Australia and New Zealand with Hearing Healthcare Company Oticon Australia. Oticon Australia is one of the largest audiology companies in Australia employing over 600 staff across its network of 180 clinics and is part of the Demant Group, a global Hearing Healthcare Company listed on the Danish stock exchange.
Cameron Grant
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Cameron is a Chartered Accountant who built his career foundation in audit at Deloitte. Since then he has had extensive experience in senior Finance roles at listed and private businesses across the Health and Media Advertising industries. Most recently Cameron worked as CFO North America for Daniels Health. Previous roles include CFO of the ASX listed health services business SteriHealth Ltd and prior to that he was the Group Financial Controller at Seek Ltd. Cameron’s career has been commercially focused across financial management, business acquisitions and commercial investigations.
Paul Morley
General Manager, People and Culture
Paul has over 20 years’ of Human Resources and Learning & Development experience as a senior leader in the Retail, Finance and Health Care sectors. He has gained valuable experience working for a number of well-known Australian owned and international companies including Specsavers, Kinetic Super, Europcar International, Boost Juice and most recently Sushi Sushi.

Susan is a highly respected and accomplished professional company director with a powerful blend of management, board and consulting experience across ASX-listed, public and private companies. She draws on 30 years of expertise spanning the legal and professional services, healthcare, childcare and telecommunications sectors to bring a practical and pragmatic approach to her board contributions. She is currently a director of ASX listed entities National Veterinary Care Ltd, G8 Education Ltd, Over the Wire Ltd and Viva Leisure Ltd.
Tomas Steenackers
Founder & Non-Executive Director
Tomas has over 15 years’ experience in the veterinary and healthcare sectors with a focus on value chain synergy and business integration. Most recently, Tomas founded, developed and took to listing on the ASX, National Veterinary Care (ASX:NVL). Since listing on the ASX in 2015, Tomas has more than doubled the NVC business to a thriving market leading organisation comprising of 103 veterinary clinics supported by 5 training facilities and complementary managed services. Prior to founding NVC, Tomas was the General Manager of Specialty, Emergency, and Pathology for Greencross Vets. He has additionally held senior roles with Terry White Management and Mayne Pharma.
